Zebra Icons also writes the credit as a comment into every SVG file it creates from these sets, and notes there when you recolored the icon or changed its stroke width (the “Copy credit” text then says “modified”). That keeps the information with the file, but a comment inside the code does not count as a visible credit.
Sets without a credit requirement
The MIT, ISC and Apache 2.0 sets can be used without a visible credit. These licenses ask you to keep the copyright and license notice when you redistribute the icons themselves, for example as an icon pack, a font or in a source code repository. Each license file above contains the copyright notice, the full license text and links to the original license.
Trademarks
Some sets contain logos of companies and products. The icon license covers the drawing only; the logos remain trademarks of their owners.
Icon data comes from the Iconify JSON packages (@iconify-json/*), which collect the original open-source icon sets. This page lists the license information provided with each package.
